Our wines express the terroir of each of our vineyards. We blend our three cuvees from the wines of the single vineyard sites in spring after the vinification.

Our range consists of three different wines: The "Faugères" is an authentic wine for every day and any occasion. The "Faugères Réserve" is a powerful and elegant wine perfect with a good meal. The "Faugères Grande Réserve" is a great wine for special occasions. The "Faugères Grande Réserve de Schiste" is the purest expression of minerality.

From the beginning we have worked according to biodynamic principles at our domaine and in 2008 we decided to get certified. Since 2012/2013, after the legally required conversion period, all our wines are certified organic according to European requirements as well as biodynamic by Demeter.
